After-sales and Warranties Manager (M/F)

Duties:

• Receiving and processing requests for maintenance and repairs to homes;
  
• Carrying out quotations and preparing commercial proposals;
  
• Organise and supervise work to be carried out in and out of warranty;
  
• Control and ensure the quality of the work;
  
• Ensuring that work is completed on time.

Workplace:

• Portugal;
• Spain.

Application requirements:

• Carpenter or construction technician;
  
• Proven experience on building sites;
  
• High degree of autonomy;
  
• Class BE driving licence (for 3500kg trailers);
  
• Good knowledge of Spanish;
  
• Availability for frequent stays in Portugal and Spain.
